IE problems

I have been having a problem getting my cox email (when I log in under the 'Letter" icon, nothing happens. Also, when I put a search in the search box nothing happens. these two problems have been going on for at least two weeks and are very frustrating. Has cox made some changes and failed to notify their customers? Not only do I Have this problem but several friends have also told me of the same problems.

    There have been changes made over the last couple months to our email through our Webmail site, but I am not clear on how your are checking it by just going off of a letter icon. Are you going to our website through your browser or using a icon on the computer or device to go directly into your email?
