They won't let me sign into my account without a social security number.
I DO NOT HAVE ONE.
Therefore I am discriminated constantly by Cox.
I tried to find the chat entrance to this horrible locked up website here. NO WAY.
As a legal alien I do not have a ssn. So find another way to let decent people signi in to pay their bills.
