How to locate a person on cox.net?

How do I find a person that has a cox.net address? I am a cox subscriber. There should be an easy way to find this person, but I don't kbnow. I have his address but it bounces back?

    What is the bounceback message you get?

    (Mailbox full, invalid email address, other?)

    Cox does not have a customer database accessible to customers. I would NOT want them to have such a database for privacy reasons. Why do you need to find this person? Are they sending you spam or insulting you some how?
