How do I change my wifi password... with a twist!

I have a Ubee UVW326 and I know to go to 192.168.100.1 and put in user user... but that doesn't work. No, caps lock is not on. I've also tried the credentials on the side of the modem and I've tried my cox SSID and pw  and nothing gives me access.


What suggestions do you wisemen have for me?

    If you're completely locked out a factory reset may help. That can be done by pushing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds then releasing.
