How can I set my guide views to only show channels that are in my subscription?

We just switched from DirecTV yesterday.  In general the Contour 2 whole home app is far and away superior to the DirecTV whole home system.  However, the DTV receivers allowed you to show only the channels you subscribe to.  This is really helpful to hide premium and foreign language channels that we couldn't watch without changing our subscription (or learning a new language, haha!)

Cox support said I need to add ALL the channels in my subscription to my favorites.  But that defeats the purpose of having a favorites list.  And it appears I can only have one Favorites list.  (Is that true?)

Has anyone come up with a useful way to do what I'm trying to do?

Thanks in advance!

No one has found a workaround.  With a Contour 1 box, you could do what you want.  With Contour 2, you have to enter all of the channels into the Favorites. But that still doesn't change the Guide.

So the combination of entering channels into our Favorites list and setting Favorites as our default guide view solved this problem for us.  It was annoying that there isn't a guide view option for this.  And it is annoying that our Favorites list is way bigger than the channels that are actually our favorites.  But it gets the job done.

    Thanks for the replies!
