How can I not be on the Cox Network?

When I try to run a speed test for my Internet service, I noticed that there is a statement saying I am not on the Cox network? I click on the question mark, but nothing happens. I am using Cox for my Internet and TV, so how can I not be on the Cox network?

I didn't login with my Cox account and the test worked.  There are no Cox cookies on my computer.  Perhaps it worked after validating my Cox-assigned IP address because it's listed under Speed Test Results.

Unless Thistle's IP address is masked...or modem MAC, whichever Cox authenticates...it should work without logging into your account.
