How can I downgrade my service online?

Since Cox is not answering their phones during their stated business hours, I need to have a way to do this online.  Help?

    While our website offers upgrade options, there aren't any downgrade options available at this time. I'm sorry! It sounds like the automated phone system may be routing you to a department that is closed on Sundays. Our Technical Support Team is available 24/7 and may be able to assist you.
