How can a user comment on the software used in Contour II?

Just got COX Contour II ......BIG improvement over the original (Coutour I).  But, since COX is relying on after-market input rather than pre-release product testing, how about a "suggestion box" site somewhere to allow users to provide constructive comments about the software.  As an example, I'm sure I'm not the only one that noticed the glitch in the Sports listing when you push the "c" button on the remote.  OK, so it lists the games to be played and the dates ....great.....but WHERE's the CHANNEL NUMBER?  To find it, you have to pull up each one and use the "info" button.  

So, this isn't criticism, its critique, and if anyone at COX is listening, why not honor user feedback to make the product even better?

    Just look in the App reviews for both Android and IOS devices. mostly bad reviews on contour apps. Boy they still have a lot of catching up to do in that area.
