Does anyone know how to lock the clock or any page as the main screen on the touchscreen?

touchscreen,
You can set up to have the clock appear on the touchscreen after a period of inactivity. You will need to go to the settings tab & screensaver configuration tab. You can set to have the clock display after a set amount of time. You would be able to chose any app to display during that time as well.
