I have been able to sign into the Cox Account app with no problem. Trying to sign into the Cox Homelife app, and just get a pop-up message saying it's an invalid username or password. I'm using the same as online and as on the other Cox app. Why would it be different? And if I do need to reregister, how do I do that?
