Home Page Menu not working

This is not working again.

There is no error message.     Sports and More  do not light up when you select them - no underline.   They are disabled.

It appears that the menu program is not enabling these menu items.   It is not an error,  the menu program is not enabling these selections.    Sometimes Sports works  but only national,  the local doesn't work.

This quit working maybe 2 weeks ago.

    Are you signed in with the correct location selected when you are trying to access the Sports heading on myconnection.cox.com?

    The sports  and more   menu items do not work.   It makes no difference if I am signed in or not.

    Your menu system is not working properly.

    You can make the Sports or More  dropdown menu to work by-

    Highlight Sports or More with your mouse.

    Click either the space bar or down arrow.

    The dropdown will now appear.

    So it works with some keystrokes, but not always with a mouse click.
