Home Page location

I am in Nebraska, but every time I bring up the COX home page for my webmail, it automatically defaults to Atlanta, GA, and I don't care about the weather or local interests in Atlanta.  Why will the locator not stay on my current location?

    We are aware of the issue with our home page defaulting to the Atlanta location. Until our web team provides a fix, please take a moment to correct your location in the upper right hand corner of Cox.com.
