High Correctables Per Day

For the last several weeks or so, I've rack up an average of 2000 of correctables per day.  A few times, my modem went offline after midnight.  I've gone through to make sure all connections are tight.  I have no splitters on my line.

My modem has only been online for about 5 hours and already correctables are in the hundreds.  Is there anything else on my end that I can check?
