HIGH bill!!!!! Had 2 YEAR price guarantee... Laughable joke ...

Since having your service, I've been lied to repeatedly.. My bill continues to get higher, even though I was told my bill would be the same for TWO years!!! (Kept the recording as proof!)  It hasn't even been a year and my price has gone up... I call in and complain, they 'fix it' (to what it should have been anyway!) next month same thing... and you want me to continue with your service??????? I don't think so!! Fix your problems with billing, follow through with what your employees are telling people, and maybe, maybe you might keep more customers and have a LOT less complaints to deal with...
