Hearst Station back on Cox but no ABC ondemand access

When I go to the cox ondemand app on our Tivo's and try to launch an ABC ondemand show after ABE came back on air in Omaha the Ondand show says call to subscribe to this premium service.  All other cox ondemand shows play just no ABC ondemand in Hearst areas.

    Thank you for your patience. Are you able to view On Demand content since you've commented about receiving the message?

    No I tried connecting to the Tivo service twice and and rebooted the tuning adapters and Tivos still say to subscribe to ABC ondemand call 1-844-260-0426.

    I have a pic of the error message, but I can't paste it in here.
