HDMI Switch

I need more HDMI inputs to my TV. I have tried two HDMI Switches but the cox cable box is not compatible with it. Is there a list of approved HDMI Switched that work with Cox cable boxes?

We don't have an approved list at this current time. Are you getting an error message on the TV? When you bypass the switch does it work?

The most common problem with HDMI switches is not being HDCP compliant.  HDCP is a digital "handshake" between components to ensure copy protection.  The latest version is HDCP 2.2.  Were your switches HDCP compliant?

Also, you should only purchased powered HDMI switches.  Meaning you'd plug it into an AC outlet.  Powered HDMI switches protect the digital signal from losing strength while passing through the switch.
