HDMI 2.0

I recently purchased new hdmi cables for our home. I went ahead and got HDMI 1.4-2.0 compliant cables. Replacing the cables on our 4K the I found that the Countour Mini boxes ( part of the whole home DVR ) do not seem to work with these cable. Tried same cable in PS4, XBox 360 and Blu-Ray player all work. Is this a known issue or any ideas.

    Hi, power off the mini box by unplugging the power cord. Attach the HDMI cable then plug the power cord back in.
