HD CHANNELS NOT WORKING
For over a week all of the channels between 1100 and 1200 have shown an error code of 3112. I called tech service and
they said that it would be fixed by Wednesday night but it was not. Now other random channels are out.

- That type of error code typically indicates a signal issue. Are there any splitters in this room that can be temporarily bypassed to see if anything improves or is it a direct connection from the cable outlet to the cable box?
