HD Channel

Is Cox having problems with the HD CNBC Channel 1044  in Southern California? The channel states "Sorry we are having some trouble?"  Says to try later. It has been out for several days. I reset the cable box ( a new box only one week old) and , it did not fix the problem.

    Does this message display on all TV's for channel 1044? Does the standard def version of the channel work?

    Yes, it displays on all TV's (3 in all).  No, the non HD channel does not work.
