hbo go sign in issues

I have HBO at home, but when I try to log in to HBO go online while traveling it says that my tv subscription doesn't include HBO. How can I get signed in for hbo go?

    Hi chellmeyer,

    Are you using the primary user ID to sign into HBOgo? Are you able to view the HBO channels in your home without a problem?

    Yes, I used the primary cox log in for hbogo. Also I can view them at home. Should I have a different login?
