Hard data cap?
Given the new data caps placed on internet services provided by Cox, and that the default will be for Cox to penalize customers for going over the caps in particular increments, will Cox also be offering customers the option to make it a 'hard cap' such that upon exceeding the cat the service is suspended until the next billing period? I would hope that Cox would want to work in the customers best interests to let them manage their costs as necessary?
