I talked with a tech person Thursday about the Hallmark movie-mystery channel being "down"......they told me it should be "fixed" sometime that day....now, 3 days later it's taken off the channel guide....what's up? (Florida)

Have you tried unplugging the Contour device, waiting 30 seconds or so then plugging in the Contour device and letting the channel guide rebuild?
dummy me...ran a channel scan & it added the channel back again
