guide
we were really loving the guide option where you can search specifically movies. Today it seems like that function is not working... any ideas why?

Thanks for your message. We have a couple options to choose from with equipment and guide features. Do you have The New Contour, Contour, or Rovi? Which receiver and remote are you using to access the search option in the guide? Please provide the Model of the receiver and remote.
