Guide menu blackout
When I press the guide button on the remote the menu that usually comes up is blacked out.
The program I was watching is still visible in the top left corner but the rest of the screen is black.

Hi Ameible,
I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the guide. Is this happening in multiple rooms or just one? Please try power cycling the box for about 2 minutes. Let me know if there is any change after the power cycle.
