Guide is Blank
When I hit Guide on my remote it comes up, however, it is blank. I have tried everything, even turning the box on and off. I know it isn't aremote issue because everything on the remote works.

What else have you tried? Did you unplug your cable box? Unplug it for 3 minute, plug it back in...and let its system reload.
Is this a new problem? You've previously seen programs on this Guide? What box do you have?
If unplugging the cable box doesn't work, call Cox and have them recycled its occurrence.
