What good is my channel guide when all it says on the screen is "To Be Announced"? What good is my channel guide when all it says is "No information Available" when it actually does tell me what I'm watching?
What's going on Cox? What can I do to fix this problem? Why isn't Cox fixing it?
Is this a TiVo or a Cox provided equipment?
If Cox provided what is the Make & Model of the receiver?
Pretty sure it's a CISCO 8742HDC, records 2 programs at a time. The problem is only on this receiver. The guide on the TV in the backroom isn't having the problem and it's a CISCO 4742HDC.
