Guide info scrambled
For the last several weeks we have had scrambled info on the guide and dvr list. Titles loose characters or show wrong words. This is very inconvenient. Any known cure??

- Hi Ol Buck,
I've seen a hard reset to the receiver resolve most guide information troubles. I would recommend unplug the power to the receiver for 20 seconds and allow the reset to complete and check back on the guide information. If the guide information is still scrambled and incorrect after this step, please email our support team at Cox.Help@cox.com with a copy of the link to this forums, your service address, and name.
