How do i pre program a channel for a delay time. I received a new box and i can't figure it out. why is it so different?

Have you tried to select the future program in the guide and press Select? Does this bring a list of options near the bottom of the screen to set reminder or delay? If this isn't working, or seen as stated, please let us know.
