Gigablast installed today, up speed blazing, down speed not so much

According to speedtest.net, 45 mbps down, 721 up.

The guy left @ noon, tried a couple times, same result.  My laptop is wired into my router directly.  Does something have to change on my account for the speed to happen??

    Are you still using the provided Netgear router? Also, do you have a PC with a gigabit Ethernet you can try connecting?
