Gig speeds?
I live in Irvine, California and I am getting 32 channels down and 4 up. Heard that's enough for 1g down/100 m up speeds, why aren't offfering theses speeds when its network is perfectly able to?

Technically capable speed and offered speeds are two different things. Its like asking why the speed limit isn't 200MPH if there are some cars that can go that fast. Cox does offer gigabit speeds for downloads, but it requires fiber, aka FTTH, aka Gigablast to get it.
Yeah, but the system is capable, not just a single sb6190 modem
