Getting system error trying to download McAfee Cox Security Suite

When I go to this website https://www.cox.com/internet/mysecuritysuite.cox?sc_id=cr_dm_camp_z_securitysuite_vanity and click it, it takes me here, https://home.mcafee.com/Root/PartnerAutoLoginError.aspx?culture=EN-US&affid=636&error_code=37 with a system error.  I have called support a few times and they have me call McAfee who tells me that I don't have an account with McAfee and to call Cox.  When I call Cox, they tell me to call McAfee and that they have never heard of this issue.  However, I found the same issue here as unresolved.

    I was able to recreate the error message last night for another customer and reported it then. I hope to have more information soon.
