Getting Disconnected

I have had issues getting disconnected over the past year. We have had a couple of techs come out to find out what is going on. The tech this past week took off the attenuation filter on my Arris Cable modem that the previous tech (about 3 months previously) put on. 

I finally decided to purchase a new Surfboard 9160 since my previous one was almost 3 years old thinking that maybe my old modem was part of the issue. Well a few hours into gaming and DISCONNECTED again. here is a list of what my new modem recorded. Please use it to help troubleshoot where the problem lies.

Any suggested resolutions would be appreciated.

    Please verify the modem you're using. Are you referring to the Arris surfboard 6190?
