Fusion HD

I am in the OKC Market and noticed Fusion HD on channel 885 says I need a subscription to view it, but I can view the SD channel on 242. Why is this?

    Is this error populating on all boxes? I just sent a quick signal, this will not cause the boxes to reset. If the error is still there, we can send a refresh to the equipment.

  • It appears an outage was just declared. I'm going to wait to send anything to your boxes. We will monitor the outage and let you know when it's cleared. If you're still not receiving the channel after that we can send the signals.

    Go ahead and send the refresh. It’s still saying I don’t have a subscription to view the channel.

    We sent the signal to the cable box. Let us know if you are able to see any changes.

  • Hi dmoran, please power cycle all the cable boxes by unplugging the power cords for about two minutes then plug one cable box power cord back in and allow time for the box to download the guide. If you are able to view the channel, restart the other cable boxes.
