Frozen screen

Was watching movie on Demand. Notice came on screen - "Unable to Play Video.  Sorry we're having some trouble, etc. Code XRE-03092.  The message will not leave my screen. Programming is running behind the message. I've started the TV several times and waited four hours. The message is still there.

    JimK, you say you restarted the TV but have you restarted the DVR too?  Unplug it for a few minutes then restart.  Let us know if that helps, thanks.
