Frame advance slow-mo
After Contour box installed I no longer appear able to advance frame by frame slow motion. Any special trick?

I have the Contour 1 box. It does not have the frame-by-frame that the older DVR's (Scientific Atlanta and Motorola) offered. I can hit pause and then hit Fast Forward. Hitting it once or hitting it twice are the only options (1/3 speed and 1/6 speed.
