For security reasons you have been logged out after too many minutes of inactivity.

Can I control the amount of inactivity time accepted before auto log out?

Or better yet can I just tell COX to  removed this usage limiting parameter from MY account? 

I wish to NEVER auto logout.  I can handle it...

    Unfortunately for safety and security reasons this feature cannot be changed by the user. You can use an email client to send/receive emails and configure it to remember your password.
