Flir Home Survellance: Failed to Open Video

I am hooking up a Flir video system. I can see my NVR and cameras over my android app but when I try using my PC/Cloud connection I can see me NVR and camera names/channels but no live video stream. Error message: Failed to Open Video. One of my hunches is the Cox router is blocking the video feed.

Any thoughts?  Thank you!

    More than likely there are some ports that will need to be forwarded/opened on the router side of things. It looks like Flir has software that will attempt to do it for you automatically here
