Fast Forward option

When I was in Omaha last year, I had the option while watching a DVR recording, to place the "fast forward display" on the top or bottom of the screen. Now, in Tempe, the "fast forward display" is always on the bottom and most of the time it covers up the score of a sports game. Please give us the option of placing the "fast forward display" at the top or bottom.
