every tuesday internet goes down
does anyone else find that every Tuesday morning they lose internrt connection

I just took a look at your modem and can see that it's online with a good connection. Are you still having trouble? If so, is this a wireless connection? Are you able to see if the lights on the modem are staying lit up when you lose connection?
