Why are ESPN CH 40 and 1040 the only ones not working tonight in Mary Esther FL?

Are you getting an error message? Are you having issues on all boxes if more than one? Just a blank screen. All other channels in my package are working just fine. I only have one box. I just reset it - still no ESPN. 30 minutes to kickoff..

Please try unplugging the power cord for 60 seconds if that doesn't work email full address and primary name on the account to cox.help@cox.com

We're available 24/7 in social media.
It's working now (without unplugging or sending any e-mails). Guess the problem wasn't on my end.
