    Hi JimG,

    In addition to the logs you provided, I'd like more details about what happens when you try to access your email, view web pages, stream music or videos, or play an online game. Are you experiencing intermittent connectivity issues? Slow upload or download speeds? Packet loss? Do all your devices experience these issues in the same way? Does it matter if the device is wireless or physically connected to the modem via an ethernet cord?
