That's a standard DHCP renewal, it's typical - certain implementations of DHCP have additional optional fields that other devices don't recognize or will ignore. Most modems have a basic implementation of DHCP with none of the extensions. Usually these relate to IPv6 headers that IPv4 implementations don't recognize, but can include configuration options for other types of equipment like CMTS systems.
