Error Code Contour2

Due to a remodel, moved my family room TVand cable box to bedroom for a week or so.  Hooked up box to cable outlet, turned it on, got the boot message and then went to "CASt" message.  No signal.  House is new to us so can't verify if bedroom cable receptacle is connected to outside terminal. What does the "CASt" code mean?  Thanks

    Something is wrong with the box, the outlet or the connections. Means that particular box is not communicating with cox network. Check the coax cable again and make sure the copper needle inside not bent (conductor) both ends and is at least hand tight.
