Erratic line speed

For the last few days I have been having very erratic line speed.  Often unable to reach server, and normal internet times out.  I have run speedtest multiple times.  Download speed can be 5 mps and then a few minutes later 110.  And then later is drops to 16.  Something seems wrong.

    From this end nothing unusual stands out with the connection that I can see. Are you also seeing this happen with wired connections?
