equipement power cord a c adapter

hello, in phoenix az , it rained last night and my contour tv cox cable does not work at all ive tryed reseting but still dont work.     i think  the ac power cord  burned out , the internet works perfect, the phone does too. but the cable tv doesnt work at all. please advise me at what to do.
