Emails

I have spent the last week or so transferring my saved emails from my old server over to my Cox account.  As of last night there were about 700 emails I had sent to my Cox account.  When I signed on today to look at my mail they were all gone!  Where did they go?  Can they be retrieved?  I'm in a panic since I deleted them already from my old server.  Help!!

    It might help us understand what happened if you could describe for us the process you used to move the emails to our system.
