emails deleted

Ever since I rec'd a new update on my iphone my emails are deleted everu 30 days or so.  this never occurred before even with this iphone.  What's going on?  I went in and added a new account with my email address on my phone.  Will that help?  Previously all my emails were under the "Cox" account on my phone.

    Hi rammgr,

    It sounds like the way your phone setup your email account may have switched from POP to IMAP. When you go into the Mail settings on your iPhone you can rename the email account from "Cox" back to Bruce Whitehead. Do you see messages if you login to webmail from our site?
