EMAIL

Hi I am unable to receive or send email from My Cox account via Apple. Until yesterday everything was absolutely fine. I have a connection doctor that let's me know if everything is okay with the settings and it shows both settings(smtp and impt) to be fine. I can See emails logging in the my Cox mail. I am a Mac using Sierra version 10.12..5. Can anyone help?

    Cox has rolled out a new e-mail package and there have been several problems,  It seems that the servers may be a bit overloaded with this rollout.  I would suggest waiting a bit to see if things clear up. Meanwhile read the recent e-mail related posts in this forum. You are not alone.
