I'd like to help. What happens when you try to log in to your email? Please provide more information about how you are logging in. By this, I mean do you access the Cox web page to view your email, or do you use third party software to manage you email? Is there an error message?
Im havng the same problem, Trying to access email from either of my home computers , one running Win7 the other Win 10, and also from my chrome book. either it doesnt load or it takes an unusual long time to load. Im accessing my email thru the cox home page.
