merged 2 accounts primary works fine cannot get secondary account to send mail to outlook (windows 10) mail on cox website, not on outlook . called level 2 support said problem matching account to password, wait a coupe days possibly maintance.. I would like this resolved, don't think waiting will help. thanks

    Did Level 2 give you a ticket number?

    And what do you mean by you "merged" them?
